Leasing Manager
Responsibilities:
Check proposals, offer to lease, reports and other documents relating to existing and prospect tenants.
Handle client meetings and presentation.
Work collaboratively with Marketing team.
Plan strategic activities, implement policies and procedures to maximize tenant occupancy of Seasons Mall.
Oversee the administration of Leasing Department.
Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Willing to do site visit at Seasons Mall/Flow House Manila, Bacoor, Cavite.
