Job Description:
1. Responsible for preparing strategic marketing plans, build and fire-up store sales, plan and execute cost-effective localized store marketing activities and lead in new product launching, events and other marketing-related activities.
2. Prepares each Ad/ Promo Program and Sales Operations Promo Briefs
3. Brief Franchisees on individual promotions
4. Direct Sales Operations in Franchisee Store Openings
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree Marketing or any Business course.
2. With strong market research background and extensive hands-on in Food Service Operations
3. Male or Female, at least 35-40 years old
4. He/ She must possess a keen sense of market agility and can work with minimal supervision
5. He/ She must be mature, a strategic thinker and highly creative
6. Must be computer proficient
7. At least with 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
8. Preferably Assistant Manager/ Manager specializing in Marketing/ Brand
9. Must be willing to work in Parañaque City
